ST Communication Solution offers nationwide delivery within Malaysia. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (West Malaysia) / 5-7 business days (East Malaysia).
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available at an additional cost).
  • Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be specified on the product page or checkout page.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on the respective courier service provider’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. However, we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us immediately.
  • Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
