1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been physically damaged, water-damaged, or tampered with.
  • Software-related issues (e.g., updates, compatibility problems).
  • Items that are missing accessories or original packaging.

3. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • The item must be shipped back within 3 days after return approval.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

5. Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the item.
  • If approved, you may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund via the original payment method.
